- Method of shipping
would be by DHL Globalmail Registered/ Speedpost Worldwide Air Parcel
Service
( 7 - 12 days ). For premium delivery service, please
email us
for shipping charges.

will have a registration number and we will
provide the required delivery documentation and proof when necessary.
Postal insurance is an option.
- Item (s) will be sent
from Singapore, and we will label packages as "gift items"
and at acceptable value to avoid extra duties/tax. Email us if you
need more information.
- Free shipping is also
extended to customers residing in the East Asia, European
Union,
Australia, New Zealand and the United
States of America.
For the rest of the world, please email us for
shipping charges.
- We will not be held liable for
customs tax or VAT, but we will do our best to avoid them for you.

Buyer's Shipping liability:
At Xyberautos.com, we take pride in ensuring your order arrives at the
intended destination in the best possible condition.
Generous amounts of shipping materials are prescribed for every package
(foam, carton, bubble wrap etc.) to protect the contents within.
In the unlikely event of any damage incurred during the course of
shipping and handling, we will not be liable for the damage. We will
however lodge a formal enquiry to the related postal company on your
behalf. Any compensation given by the postal company will tend to vary
strictly on a case-to-case basis.
Warranty
& Returns Policy ( Please
read!! ) :

All our products are
brand new and factory sealed, and most if not all products are defect
free as they have been factory tested under strict quality control.
- We will only warranty the
products we sell against manufacturer
defects for a period of 21 days (6 months for the Prosport Stepper
series) from the date of purchase.
- Under these conditions, we will honour claims for exchange of
products with known factory defects for an exact item, provided
the buyer sends back the defective item with all original contents, and
agrees to pay to
us the actual cost of shipping for the
replacement product. Any form of shipping charges is not
covered under the warranty, but paid for in whole by the buyer.
- Once the
product works, any form of damage resulting from wear and tear
or improper installation methods and locations, however short the
duration, will not be covered under the limited warranty, and the
limited warranty ceases to be in force.
- If the buyer chooses not the
send back the item, we will offer a replacement item to our customers
at cost price + actual shipping charges.
